Another year at Solar Power International is in the books. The Energy Toolbase team exhibited at the conference for the sixth consecutive year, still proving to be one of the busiest booths throughout the three-day event. These events are always a great time for us to get feedback from our current users about how our product and our team are performing.

This year, the ETB team came into SPI off the heels of one of our biggest announcements in company history, Pason Power and Energy Toolbase are merging as one company. Pason Power, which is a provider of intelligent software for the energy storage market, was also exhibiting at the show and we spent a lot of time shuffling our team members between booths to explain what this means for the ETB platform and brand. Overall, it seems that everyone is just as eager and excited as we are about the future of the two teams merging as one. Right now, things are staying the same for Energy Toolbase. There aren’t any changes to the platform, your account manager or our brand.

Energy Toolbase also came into SPI with our first hardware integration with Chint Power Systems energy storage solutions, a market-leading manufacturer of solar and energy storage power conversion equipment. This unique integration on the ETB platform will enable developers to accurately analyze the economic viability of solar plus storage or standalone storage projects for C&I (commercial and industrial) customers. The CPS energy storage solution comes fully integrated with Pason Power’s intelligent Energy Management System (iEMS) software, which uses machine learning to optimize the dispatch of the system. We'll be hosting a webinar highlighting the integration & getting energy storage projects to the finish line Wednesday, October 30. Sign up here.

The ETB and Pason Power teams will be exhibiting at Energy Storage North America at the San Diego Convention Center on November 5-7 at booths #420 and #322. Please stop by and say hello.
