Who is eligible to participate in the Resource Adequacy Program?

Eligible participants include commercial site owners in the CAISO territory (PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, and eligible CCAs), who have no prohibited resources.

The ETB Resource Adequacy Program can bring up to 10-20% additional value to your energy storage project.

Energy Toolbase shields participants from negative penalties that can occur within these programs. We also handle the enrollment process and full management of the assets, and appropriate nomination of assets with our full-service demand response program offering.

Depending on the system’s dispatch strategy, they can be called as often as 3 days a week or once a month. Event schedules are flexible within this program and can be defined when the price hits your desired price point.
